Our customers have an appetite to learn about the work we do and the positive impact their behaviour can have on the environment and our service.
It is the reason why we are offering a future partnership with customers - we will go the extra mile to identify and, where appropriate, solve water quality issues that are caused by our customers' assets.
This drinking quality water measure monitors our progress in partnering with customers through activities such as water fittings inspections.
This will help to improve drinking water quality and reduce risk levels and supports our goal to mitigate usage issues and protect customer supply.
Our ability to meet this commitment continued to be impacted by the coronavirus pandemic at the start of the year, delaying the restart of routine inspections.
